In 1993-1998, studied at the Faculty of History of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn State University. Was the monitor of the group, Chairman of the Scientific Society of Postgraduates and Students of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn State University. In 1996-1997, won 3 All-Ukrainian Competitions for the Best Scientific Work: competition of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, 1996), the Ministry of Education of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk, 1997), the Institute of Post- Communist Society and Journal "Political Thought" (Kyiv, 1997). In 1998, during the All- Ukrainian cultural and creative event under the patronage of the President of Ukraine "Youth for the Future of Ukraine" became “the Best Student of Ukraine-1998” and "the Best Young Scientist of Volyn-1998”. In February 1998, took part in a meeting of talented youth of Ukraine with the President of Ukraine L.D. Kuchma and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine headed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine V.P. Pustovoitenko. Spoke at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with own proposals on postgraduate education, youth policy, organization of science and education. In 1998, embarked on the postgraduate studies of Volyn State University. In 1997-2001, he received personal scholarships of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists and the International Fund "Smoloskyp" (USA-Canada-Ukraine). In 2003, defended Candidate's dissertation on the world history "The Activities of the Ukrainian Diaspora to Perpetuate the Millennium of the Baptism of Rus`-Ukraine (late 70s-80s of the twentieth century)". The scientific tutors were professors of history of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn State University I.V. Kichyi and V.P. Kolesnyk.

In 2006-2009, completed doctoral studies at the Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Headed the Association of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 2010, under the guidance of the Hero of Ukraine, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine P.T. Tronko, defended doctoral dissertation on the History of Ukraine "Activities of the Ukrainian Diaspora to restore the State Independence of Ukraine (mid-40s - early 90s of the twentieth century)".

In 2010-2018, was a Professor at Volyn Institute for Postgraduate Pedagogical Education.

2015-2019. Working as a Professor in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Jordan, Italy, UAE, Saudi  Arabia under the USAID scientific exchange program.
