Dear colleagues,

The International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai – New York – Rome – Burgas – Jerusalem – Beijing) (IHBI) invites the heads of educational institutions and scientific institutes as well as scientific employees and research and pedagogical workers to take part in the International Scientific Internship Programme “Nobel Laureates: Researching the Experience and Professional Achievements for Successful Personality Development and World Transformation” in Dubai, Oslo, Stockholm, Rome, Burgas, New York, Jerusalem and Beijing. The programme is funded by an international grant equivalent to EUR 1 200 000 provided to the IHBI with financial support from the UAE, Italy, Bulgaria, the USA, Israel and China, and with the involvement of charitable contributions.

You will listen to the lectures and speeches by famous world leaders in the field of politics, business, science, culture and education, particularly by Muhammad Yunus, Aung Sang Suu Kyi, Lech Walesa, Olga Tokarczuk, Robert Angle, Charles Rice,  Wole Soinka, Louise Glück, Harvey J. Alter, Aziz Sancar,  Svetlana Alexievich, Jimmy Carter and many others.

The interpretation or subtitles will be provided; moreover, there is an opportunity to watch online in English with subtitles.

Form of participation: remote, in video recording mode, which allows watching speeches and lectures at the most convenient time for you (in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, at night).

Why should you participate?

  • You will gain new knowledge, ideas, best international scientific practices and professional competencies required by the Ministry of Education and Science, including those needed for obtaining the academic ranks of Senior Research Fellow, Associate Professor (Docent), and Professor.
  • You will get the International Certificate of International Programme Completion, a total of 180 hours or 6 credits, issued in accordance with the requirements of legislation; the Certificate indicates that you have received International scientific grant No. IEG /U/23 -24/08/12, and also
  • the Qualification of an International Teacher & Senior Research Fellow, which confirms a high level of the obtained qualification and allows, among others, foreigners having a Diploma of Higher Education apply for a job and hold positions in the field of education; it is recognized in the Middle East, North Africa, China, India, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the EU, the CIS and Latin America.
  • Interesting and famous speakers you will never meet on any other courses. This is a unique programme. Programme Participation Costs for research and pedagogical workers are EUR 100 of registration fee. Another part of Programme Participation Costs is covered by the International scientific grant in the amount of EUR 3000.

  • Nobel laureate in Literature, Tanzanian-born novelist Abdulrazak Gurnah will talk about his life, views, values and literary career; he will also share his opinion on the development of world literature as well as give some advice on studying philology at universities and schools.
  • Nobel Peace Prize laureates, Filipino-American journalist Maria Ressa and Russian journalist Dmitry Muratov will talk about their lives in the context of historical processes, their views, values, experience, ideas, failures and successes, their struggle for the protection of human rights, democracy and freedom of speech in Southeast Asia and Russia.
