- I voluntarily place on the ‘World History: Famous Personalities’ scientific platform of the International Historical Biographical Institute personal information about myself, or, as a Sponsor, about my relatives, friends, colleagues or prominent historical figures in the form of a historical biography.
- I hereby agree that the historical biography I have provided or sponsored is a creative, scientific, literary work that may be freely distributed on the Internet and not just on the Internet, in particular, on the ‘World History: Famous Personalities’ scientific platform of the International Historical Biographical Institute, based on such licenses as Creative Commons 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) and Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike (CC BY-SA), as evidenced by this Agreement.
- I have been informed, agree and voluntarily authorize free access, processing, storage and distribution on the Internet, and not just on the Internet, personal data about myself in the form of a historical biography prepared by me. Personal data will be processed on the basis of consent pursuant to the law of the European Union, Art. 6 (1) (a) of GDPR or as a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.
- I submit that all the information I have provided is true, objective, does not violate the law, is not fake and does not injure the feelings of other people.
- I agree that if the said facts are discovered, the information will be deleted from the platform and cooperation with the author will be terminated due to violation of the rules.
- I undertake to tell about the ‘World History: Famous Personalities’ scientific platform and project of the International Historical Biographical Institute to my relatives, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and act as a Referee for them.
- I undertake to pay the donation in an amount equal to EUR 2000, intended to support the work and popularization of this project, world history and biography science, as well as to maintain and provide free access to my and all other historical biographies.
Obligations of the International Historical Biographical Institute
- The International Historical Biographical Institute, for its part, undertakes to review the memorable historical biography of you or submitted by you for compliance with our criteria. If the decision is favorable, the biography will be placed on our scientific platform. We will notify you of our decision to your email address that you have provided in this form. Only then we will express our consent to accept the donation from you.
- The International Historical Biographical Institute also undertakes, for its part, to the best of its ability, to preserve, provide, and maintain free access to the database of historical biographies, to popularize the names and achievements of personalities of historical biographies, to provide advice and assistance to the authors in processing the biographical material provided, respond to changes in the biographical details of personalities, based on written notifications of the authors.
